Returns Policy

Koa Cosmetics strives to be as flexible as possible for our customers while maintaining the highest safety standards. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 14 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

Products purchased on our website must be returned in its original packaging. Return instructions are provided on the packing slip.
