All orders shipped may be subject to local import taxes and customs duties, which is your responsibility where they apply.

Please note, your product must be unopened and returned within 14 days of your order being delivered. If you need assistance in processing a return please contact info@koacosmetics.com. Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded.
In case your package arrives damaged in any way, please make sure to email our customer service support within 14 days of delivery at wecare@koacosmetics.com. We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund.
All our products except our nail hardener are 10-free, as it contains less than 1% of formaldehyde for the formula to be efficient. However, we are currently working on a new formula that is formaldehyde and 10-free.
10-free means that the product contains no formaldehyde, toluene, dbp, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene, parabens, acetone, tphp, tbhp, and gluten.
Koa cosmetics is strictly against animal testing. All of our products are vegan and healthy and we will continue to never support or commission animal testing.
Koa cosmetics is heavily influenced and inspired by nature from the nail polish colours themselves to the names they are called.

Firstly apply the Koa cosmetics steady-grip base coat. Then apply two thin coats of your favorite Koa cosmetics nail color, making sure to apply to the tips of your nails. Finally, apply the Koa cosmetics game point top coat to seal in the polish and give it a shiny and long-lasting glow!
Keep your nail polish in a cool, dark place, with a consistent temperature, and away from any direct heat or light source.
Our Koa cosmetics nail polish remover which acetone-free, is very efficient and does not damage the nail quality as it is 10-free. In addition to that, it is quick and prevents nail colour stains and residue.
Our blue nail polish remover is used professionally and removes nail polish rapidly. Whereas our pink nail polish remover caters to the needs of sensitive nails and removes nail polish more gently in order not to cause irritation.
The base coat protects your nail and allows the nail polish to properly grip your nail making it long-lasting. Whereas top coat seals in the nail colour and smooths out any ridges or imperfections.
